As an Electrical Design Engineer, my primary responsibility is to oversee the entire electrical design process, ensuring that every component and system aligns with project requirements and industry standards. This includes the meticulous design and integration of key components such as low-voltage control panels, motors, soft starters, variable frequency drives (VFDs), emergency stop buttons (E-Stops), PLCs, safety relays, photoelectric sensors, and other essential control devices.

Project details:
During this projects, I collaborated closely with the customer to conduct design reviews and obtain approval before proceeding with the electrical design phase. This involved conducting electric calculations for wiring, fuses, circuit breakers, transformers, motors, softstarts, variable frequency drives (VFDs), etc. Additionally, I prepared detailed bill of materials (BOM) to procure necessary components and materials. The drawings and layouts were meticulously prepared, considering the placement of devices across different zones along the conveyors. Furthermore, I ensured that the control panel was strategically located for optimal functionality and ease of access. Finally, I coordinated with the installation team, providing them with comprehensive drawings and schematics to facilitate seamless installation and commissioning.
